When I decided to buy my very first home, in Baltimore, MD a friend of mine recommended I contact Ginger Allen or at least check out her website. Not knowing what to look for in a real estate agent I went right for the website.  There were so many useful sections on there... First Time Homebuyer... Selling Your Home... References...   Even before I met her I knew I needed to go get a preapproval letter from a lender so I knew how much house I could afford, most importantly  though, I had the feeling that she knew what she was talking about.

Ginger always let me talk about a house before she did.  I liked that.  She would be very honest about the good points and the areas of concern.  Along the way I learned a few tips about selling a house, what to do, how to stage your house, what not to do.

When I found "the one" Ginger was with me every step of the way.  She called with updates; she emailed me all the documents when I was traveling out of state.  I remember talking with her way late at night and having to fax things from the hotel.  Ginger's responsiveness showed her passion for her profession and made me feel like I was a VIP.   =)

When work asked me to relocate to Texas, I called Ginger before I gave them an answer.  She was my sounding board, my voice of reason.  Can I sell my house in this market?  What do I need to do?  What should I expect?  Ginger and I sat down and came up with a plan to make my house as desirable as possible to as many people as possible.  I thought Ginger did a great job as my buyers agent, but oh my gosh, she blew me away as my sellers agent.  Ginger took these great photos of my house, she made the most amazing website, she advertised it (flyers, post cards, etc), she got feedback from potential buyers/agents after they walked the house.  

Thanks to Ginger, I was able to take the new job faster than I thought.  Ginger did such a good job that I didn't have to stress about pretty much anything.  I had total confidence that Ginger would resolve whatever issues that came up so I didn't need to worry about it.  Whew!!

When I started looking for my new home in Texas I found myself missing Ginger.  Other people really aren't as knowledgeable, nice, trustworthy or responsive as Ginger.  I wish Ginger could be with me on every home purchase/sale.  I was pretty lucky to get to work with her twice and I'd recommend anyone serious about buying or selling a home to check out her website and give her a call.  She gives really good advice."
